generation. The material, which needs to be compiled for this, includes old narrative traditions and current oral traditions, for example, in the field of medicine; these traditions also include the political demands of the San, which they raised in the context of the independence of Namibia (1990)
All this is being collected by specially trained young San, who use tape-
recorders and video-cameras to interview
